Over the years I have made several purchases from techinthebasket, all of these have been as described and all arrived on time and in perfect condition, I will definitely use them again.

We purchased apple ear buds and paid for an extended warranty. The warranty covered repair or replacement. They developed a fault and we returned them as instructed however Tech in the basket have refused to repair or replace them and have offered 50% of the purchase price.
We rejected their offer and now they are not replying to our emails.
The phone number listed is a mobile and no-one answers so that is a waste of time.
Such a shame for this company to get a poor review for something they could easily resolve

I recently ordered a mobile phone which I cancelled a few days later. I must say customer services were excellent and sorted out a full refund to my PayPal account very quickly. Many thanks.

Avoid at all costDon't be tempted by its cheap prices as you will get empty parcel after few months of correspondence with its customers which is good only in playing games to kill time. My order now for more than three months and after a lot of complaints the company sent me a form I thought to claim back £275 I paid to buy a phone. To my surprise customers service responded it will send the form to police and the courier which has nothing to do with the customer.Any respectable online seller will either give you full refund or really send your order. Unfortunately Techinthebasket is not and should be avoided at all cost.Do NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered Samsung S21 Ultra (G9980-256-BK) on 12th April (free shipping), in my hand via DPD 16th April.Up n running, everything seems as described.So top marks to TitB, thanks.Btw not one for leaving reviews but when your shelling out £800 on a phone can be a bit nervy using grey market suppliers, always good to see positive experiences as its usually the negative ones that get posted.

Massively surprised how well this went after reading reviews, so much that I had to come back and leave my own experience. Wasn’t in a rush for my item so took a risk as their AirPods Pro were £30 cheaper than AO etc. Ordered them on a Thursday, they were delivered the following Wednesday.Their shipping flow may be different depending on what tech you’re buying, but my package had a return address to a warehouse in Salford, not anywhere overseas.AirPods were in pristine box with original seal intact. Will definitely use these guys again and recommend them to friends.

Placed an order beginning of Feb and it never arrived! Customer service said I can’t have a refund until the item is back with them - but it’s with the courier not me? Clearly happy to have my money for months and I don’t have the goods but won’t give me a refund. Had to escalate with PayPal!

I ordered one item as I was unsure whether the product would meet expectations. I am very pleased with the product and delivery service and will be purchasing more.
